All information I have comes from [1]. This tournament was organised by the Chess Club of the Union Margarinière Belge which was based in Merksem, so I assume that’s were it took place. As [1] appeared at the beginning of April, it seems likely that the tournament took place in March or perhaps in February. The tie for first place in the fifth group was apparently not resolved. Note that this was a theme tournament, in which the Caro-Kann was mandatory.
