These were the official tournaments of the Limburgse Schaakbond. A couple of Belgian players participated. With success, but against admittedly rather weak competition. I do not know why the two top groups had only three players. [1] gives the results. It also gives an announcement, which mentions that the tournament was played in Steinerbos. The first round was played on Saturday, the next two on Sunday.
