Brussels chess club Le Cygne organised a blitz competition, with some incredibly strong participants. As there were three preliminaries, I assume a final with three participants was intended. As the second heat ended in a tie for first place, both Yates and Lancel reached the final. Surprisingly, Alekhine did not win it, after he lost his game against Yates. Unfortunately, I have no games and they are very unlikely to turn up.
Wanted
- All the games.
- The crosstables from the second and third preliminaries.
