The KNSB bondswedstrijden, which includes the Dutch women’s championship and the open Dutch championship as well as many subsidiary 9-, 7-, 5- and 3-rounds events, was organised this year by the club from Blerick, presumably somewhere in Blerick. As that’s not too far from the Belgian border, a couple of Belgian players participated. They all ended on middle places, although for Conings this was very close to first place.
