Note that Van Seters was a Dutchman, but he lived in Belgium for most of his life and was a member of the Belgian chess federation. 18 players participated in this premier reserves tournament. They were split up in three groups of 6, then in 2 final groups of 6. The tournament took place in the Grand Hotel. All information I have comes from [1], except for the games. I took one from [2] and two others from [3].
