[2] gives all the game, but no crosstable. However, the results correspond perfectly with the crosstable as given in e.g. [1]. The tournament director was Edmond Lancel. The games were played in the Salle Montrose in the Kursaal in Ostend. Tempo: 40 moves in 2:30, followed by 16 moves per hour. O’Kelly scored a very nice victory, which could have been even more convincing if he had finished his brilliancy-in-the-making against Donner.
Note that [2] calls this tournament the 6th international tournament, which implies it was thought of as a spiritual successor of the 1905-7 tournaments as well as the 1936 and 1937 editions. The scale was considerably smaller, though – especially compared to the 1906 tournament.
