The first international tournament in Antwerp, as far as I know. It took place in café Cecil, Meir 21. The games were played daily from 6 to 12, presumably p.m. Youngster Flohr scored a good victory and won the brilliancy prize for his game against Landau.
According to a short article in [1], Koltanowski, Takács, and Censer were all ill – but that’s the standard excuse for less-than-stellar performances. On the other hand, [1] mentions that Kotlanowski’s first round game was postponed due to illness, so perhaps it was not just an excuse. The crosstable comes from [3], the two games I have come from [1] and [2] respectively.
