At the occasion of the Loisirs-Vacances fair in Charleroi and with the financial support of Cubic, a small international tournament was organised. Gurevich and Kishnev were in the Eupen line-up while the young francophones were apparently reinforced by Ovidiu and Cristina Foişor, so some strong players were available.
A small semi-rapid — which I assume means something like 2 hours pppp — tournament was played alongside. I have no games from the main section and only one from the open tournament. All information I have comes from [1].
