The interleague tournament had lost most of its appeal by now. The matches Wauthier vs. Delabie and Van Nevele vs. Lemaire were tied after two games. Wauthier forfeited because of personal reasons, Van Nevele qualified for the Belgian championship after winning the third game against Lemaire. Apparently, three of the first-round winners were immediately qualified but, for some reason, Libens had to play an extra match against De Hert. It was won by De Hert, but they both ended up playing in the Belgian championship.
