[1] gives most of the information I have. There are final standings, including Sonneborn-Berger scores, which together with some partial results allowed me to reconstruct the crosstable. I had to correct the result of the game between Van Hoorde and Conings from a victory for the former into a victory for the latter. Winants started and played at least twice (losses against Conings and Franck), but dropped out. The tournament ended with a very surprising win for Opsommer. I have one (incomplete) game, which I found in [2].
