Both Cercle National and Maccabi lost their games by forfeit. SK Antwerp made a clerical error against Ghent and withdrew in order to avoid falsifying the competition. A final group was announced, but I haven’t found anything about it, even though [1] gives quite detailed information about the rest of the tournament. According to his book Guide pratique du jeu des combinaisons ([2]), Soultanbeieff played for CE Liege.
