The previous year, this tournament had been organised in Dollendorf in Germany. This year, Luxembourg was the host federation. They decided to organise the match in Troisvierges in the north of the country for the convenience of the teams from Belgium and Middle Rhine. A couple of side evens were organised, too: a junior match between Luxembourg and Belgium (full results above), a junior blitz match between Luxembourg and Belgium (won by Luxembourg with 44½-19½), and a match between a Luxembourg B team and Liège (won with 5½-2½ by Luxembourg).

[1] gives the team results for both rounds as well as the individual results of the Luxembourgian team. [1] calls the Lorraine team just ‘France’; [2] gives Lorraine, which seems more plausible to me. [2] announces the dates and gives the total scores of the Belgian players. Note that the Belgian players above are given according to their score, not their board order, which I don’t know.
