Four cities tournament

This tournament was an initiative of the Royal Brussels Chess Club. It united the four founding clubs, but my sources call it either the four cities tournament or the big cities tournament. I decided to call it four cities tournament, for no particularly good reason. I think the first two rounds were played in the rooms of the host club and the final round in Brussels, but I’m not sure.
Here are the detailed results insofar as I have them. Note that these don’t add up for the match between Ghent and Brussels. Below are the individual scores as extracted from these partial — and not entirely correct — results. I have assumed Belgian as the default nationality, but that may well be wrong for some players.
