The games were played in the Chapelle des Sépulchrines, Rue du Collège 4540 Visé at a tempo of 40 moves in 2 hours followed by 20 moves per hour. Geenen and Luminet had the same tie-breaking score, but it seems Luminet renounced a play-off match, so Geenen went to the Belgian championship with Campanella.
