This tournament was played in (probably a room above or behind) cafe Malpertuus, Frankrijklei 8. [1] announces Sultan Khan in the lineup, but he was replaced by Shernetsky apparently due to illness. Spincemaille, editor in chief of De Schelde, opened the tournament, the first round of which started at 19:00 on Monday March 14th.
