Veteran Belgian grandmaster O’Kelly played on board two for team Solingen 1968, which proved to be the strongest team by far in this final round of the West-German team championship. He did reasonably well, but not spectacularly so. I took the crosstable above from [1] and the games from [2]. Note that the latter source claims O’Kelly lost to Tröger, but in a position where, if anything, he is better. Moreover, a loss for O’Kelly would not fit with the crosstable above, so I’m guessing the game was really a draw.

Tröger, Paul POR GER ½
Maeder, Karl-Heinz FRA GER ½
Schröder, Hannes HEI GER 1
GM O’Kelly de Galway, Albéric SOL BEL 2
