[1] gives the crosstable, albeit with a few errors (there are two asymmetrical places in the table: the 1 from Bongard-Schaeken is written for Bongard-Hilde and the 1 from Bongard-Philippart for Bongard-Wauters). The games I have come from [2], [3], and [4], respectively. Lemaire showed a clear superiority and managed the rare feat of scoring twice as many points as number two!
