After the 1954 olimpiad in Amsterdam, the Czechoslovakian team payed a visit to Belgium which included a team match between the two countries. As was to be expected, Belgium lost resoundingly to the number 4 from the olimpiad. The only victory came against Thelen, who didn’t play there. Two games and the results come from [1], with [2] giving four of the remaining games. For the longest time, I was missing the game between Mauquoy and Thelen but I finally located it in [3].
