There had been preliminaries in Antwerp, Brussels, Charleroi, and Ghent from which were qualified Bleicher, Plavchitch, Parquier, and Vandriessche, respectively. The final was held in Ghent at the end of 1931, but I don’t know the exact dates.
Bleicher didn’t appear for any of his games. I have only two games, which come from [1], just like the results. [2] gives the dates.
