[1] gives the final standings and many results. Most games were played in De Witte Leeuw in Antwerp, but it is quite possible that some games, especially postponed games, were played somewhere else. [1] also gives the only games I have. The Belgians among them, again according to [1], reached the following standings 1. Van den Broeck 3/3 2. Vandiest 2 3-4. Boey & Mollekens ½. As a consequence, Van den Broeck qualified for the interleague championship. From this, one can conclude that Borodin, Schweitzer, Luza, and Freund were not Belgians. For the latter three, I have no idea about their nationality.
