For the ninth time already, a small weekend tournament was held in mess of Philips recreation building in Eindhoven. There were three honorary groups and twenty five standard groups. Stumpers, who had won the previous three editions — and with that the original exchange trophy– , was in America and couldn’t participate. Apparently, O’Kelly was among the spectators.

The crosstable above was reconstructed from the results from [2]. There were no Belgians in the other honorary groups, the final standings for which can be found in [1].

Wanted

  • All the games.
  • Probably, some more Belgian players played in lower groups.
