The chess festival itself was not of particular interest, with very few names of even national importance in the line-ups, but the match between Jean Jaurès and Porz was a different matter, in particular in view of Hübner participation. My main source is [1], which includes some clippings from an unknown-to-me newspaper that give three of the games, as well as the full results of the main match. The date comes from [2]
