[1] gives the results from the three honour groups and some organisational details. This tournament was organised by the club Strijdt met Beleid (hence SMB) from Nijmegen, but it took place in a hotel in the nearby village of Berg en Dal. The three honour groups each had one Belgian player, who saw varying degrees of success. Apparently, there were more Belgians in lower sections, but I don’t know the crosstables or indeed the final standings for those groups. I only know that both Van den Dwey and Decleir won their groups with 2½/3. I have two games, one from [1], one from [2].
