[1] has all the games. [2] gives full results from which the crosstable was extracted. [1] gives the game Lehmann–Zuidema as 1. e4 and drawn. However, this contradicts the results and final standings as given in [2] and is probably an error.
Dunkelblum had a mediocre result, just narrowly avoiding last place. I am grateful to Mr. Jan Kersten, who provided the exact dates for the games as taken from the tournament bulletin.
