Pyda late-joined the competition. At least, I assume so. [1] doesn’t mention his name (or a bye for that matter) in the first round and he got a bye in round 2, so the conclusion seems warranted. A country ranking was made. The three best scores for a country were added, with at least one score from each section (men and women). Below is the final ranking, countries signed with a * did not have competing players in one of the sections and were consequently not included in the official ranking. For those countires only two scores were used.
