I took the crosstable from [1] and the games from [2], although [2] gives the game Eliskases-O’Kelly de Galway as 1-0, contrary to [1] and the position on the board. [3] gives a game from the honours group, were Belgian Heynen played.
This tournament took place in the Kennemer Theater in Beverwijk under direction of Veldheer. According to [4], Ståhlberg was invited. When he fell ill and Dückstein was not available, O’Kelly was once more invited. Just like in 1957, he drew all his games.
