At the occasion of the tenth edition, a special jubilee group was organised to give some of the local club’s best players a chance for international experience. The young English master King scored a good victory. In the junior tournament, Piórecki edged out Østenstad and Roebers on tie-breaks. Bazzay won the girls’ group with a monster score. The open tournament, which was quite strong, fell prey to Craig Laird. There was a brilliancy prize for the whole festival, which was won by František Blatný for his game against Pirisi in the open section.
