At the occasion of the 100th anniversary of SK Dordrecht, the club organised an international tournament with sponsoring by IBM/AMRO. According to [2], which also gives the dates, the GM-norm was 6½, which Khalifman reached with flying colours. Winants didn’t quite reach it, but still got a very nice result. [1] has all the games. The dates have been kindly corresponded to me by Mr. Ron de Haas.
