[1] gives two games, but unfortunately not Koltanowski’s win against Mühring. [2] gives the crosstable and a bunch of information. Apparently, this tournament was organised by the Zandvoortse Schaakclub under Blok and Bolwidt in het Groot Badhuis. Time control was 18 moves per hour. There was also another honours group in which Lilienthal took part. [3] mentions that Koltanowski played Landau in the first round. This, together with the pairing system usual in the Netherlands at that time, suggest he played Prins in the second round.
