The crosstable is given in [1], which cites Spanish newspapers Los Sitios and Destino. The picture below shows O’Kelly in action against the local player Pascual. It was sent to me by Mr. Melchor from [2]. 2 games were sent to me by Mr. Melchor, too. One comes from Destino, the other I unfortunately don’t know the original source of. One final game comes from [3]. That source claims it was played in Switzerland in 1960, but the position from the picture below is clearly recognizable. I have assumed one game was played per day. Together with the numbers of the drawing of lots given in [1], this allowed me to assign dates and rounds to the games I have.
