[1] has the crosstable and I found the dates and some games in [2]. I unearthed a few more games in [3], but much is still missing. Boey did reasonably well, but the other Belgian players fell short by far. [3] mentions that Boey’s games against Harris and Barker were awarded the first and second brilliancy prize respectively.
