According to [2], this tournament was held in honour of the 60th birthday of Bernhard Kagan. [1] gives all the games. The rounds and the starting date of Wednesday, November 17th come from [3]. Colle did not have a great tournament, but the competition was quite stiff. He won the brilliancy price for his game against Grünfeld.
