I’m not sure where this match was held. I have assumed Eupen here, but it could just as well have been Aachen. This was apparently a sort of return match, after a first encounter between these teams on August 12th which Eupen had won with 12½-11½. This time they lost, despite many players who really weren’t from Eupen at all. [1] gives the full results given above. The two games I have come from [2].
