A very good victory for O’Kelly, who finished a full point ahead of Rossolimo, whom he beat in a queen and pawn endgame. [1] has all the games including the dates. Seitz was originally from Germany, but stayed in Argentina after the 1939 Buenos Aires olimpiad. He later moved back to Europe, but at this point he was apparently still playing under the Argentinian flag.
