For many years, the question was not so much whether Soultanbeieff would win the Liège championship, but rather whether he would lose or indeed draw a game. This year, it didn’t happen. [1] gives most of the results as well as final standings including numbers of wins, draws, and losses for all players, which gave me the crosstable. [2] gives two games, one more comes from [3].
