This was to be the last of Koltanowski’s victories in the Belgian championship and probably Soultanbeieff’s worst run. Dunkelblum was solid, as always. The minor tournament ended undecided. A play-off between Van Lennep and Gerits was played in Antwerp and won by the latter.

There was regular reporting on the tournament’s progress in [1] and [2]. A number of games were found in [1]-[3], but most are still missing.
