Feigins and Diemer passed through Brussels on their way back from the Christmas congress in Hastings. The local club L’Échiquier took this opportunity to organise a small international tournament, which saw O’Kelly’s first international victory.

The crosstable was reconstructed from results given in [1]. A number of games come from [1] as well, the others were found in writings by Diemer: [2] and [3].
