Wageningen is where, on May 4th 1945, the German forces finally capitulated after the second world war. The commemorate this, a yearly weekend tournament was organised for (as far as I know) ten editions. There was a special prize for the first player to capitulate. This tournament took place in the Janushoff theatre.
[1] gives one game, [2] gives the final standings and enough information to reconstruct the table as above. Soultanbeieff was declared winner after drawing of lots. Another game came from [3]. Another Belgian, Colemont, finished second in group C.
