Final: Janssens – Trépant ½-½, 1-0

In the lower classes a rather strange system was used: after a four rounds Swiss (?) tournament, the leader was qualified for the final and taken out of the tournament. After two more rounds, the new leader was also seeded into the final. I have no idea why the final consisted of one game in second class and of two games in third and fourth class, nor do I know what would have happened if there was no sole leader after four rounds.
